1/ Seeded white sourdough – A new loaf made with organic white flour, and a mixture of poppy seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. Seeds are often overlooked but it is recommended that we eat seeds every day as part of a healthy diet due to their status as nutritional powerhouses. They contain a wealth of vitamins and minerals, with the four varieties contained in this loaf together providing healthy fats (Omega-3), fibre, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, iron, zinc, copper, calcium, vitamin K plus a wide range of B vitamins (Medium loaf, £3.50)(Vegan, dairy-free)

2/ Pain de Campagne (French Country Sourdough) – Hearty country bread with a chewy flavoursome crust. Made with a rye sourdough starter which gives it a lovely acetic tang. This is one of THE classic sourdough loaves! A great all rounder – perfect for sandwiches, toast or with cheese! (Large loaf, £3.50)(Vegan, dairy free)

3/ Sprouted Spelt flour sourdough with soy-soaked toasted sesame seeds – This sourdough is one of our sprouted grains range. This time we have sprouted some whole spelt grains, dried them out, ground them into flour and used this to make a highly nutritious bread. To compliment the nutty, grassy flavour of the sprouted spelt we have toasted some sesame seeds, soaked them overnight in soy sauce and combined these into the dough creating a wonderful depth of umami flavour. (Medium loaf, £4.00)(Vegan, dairy-free)

4/ Foreign Extra Rye – *Sold out* this sourdough is our take on a Danish rugbrød. We call it “Foreign Extra Rye” and the clue why is in the photograph below! Starting with Mungoswells 100% dark rye flour we add toasted sunflower seeds, malted rye chops and linseeds that have been soaked overnight in Guinness Foreign Extra Stout (the strong export version of this classic ale). Finally we add a touch of barley malt extract before bringing the whole thing together. The depth of flavour in this loaf is incredible! (Medium loaf £3.50) (Vegan, dairy free)

5/ Focaccia – Light bubbly traditional Italian bread made with biga (a portion of pre-fermented flour), focaccia is perfect for tearing, sharing and snacking. This week we will have the following varieties:
- Cherry tomato & green olive (Vegan, dairy-free, £3.00/slice)
- Red onion & gruyere (£3.00/slice)
- Rosemary & rock salt (Vegan, dairy free, £2.50/slice)
Slices are approximately 6inch x 5inch in size.

6/ Gruyere, roasted shallot and thyme scones (£1.50 each)

7/ Honeyed Spelt, Oat & Sultana scones (Vegetarian, £1.50 each)

- Kimchi – This traditional kimchi is made with napa cabbage & gochugaru chilli – a live product full of gut-friendly bacteria. Keep it in the fridge and have it with everything! Great in sandwiches, or on the side of pretty much anything. (425g jar, £5)
- Kimchi Hot Sauce – A smoky chilli sauce, blended with Aye Pickled’s kimchi. Aged to allow the flavour to develop and the good bacteria to multiply. Another one to keep in the fridge (250ml bottle, £4)

Orkney Craft Vinegar
Both of these vinegars are fermented in small batches on Orkney and are probiotic live products.
The Bere Malt vinegar is made using Bere barley which is an ancient form of barley in use on Orkney for millennia. It is aged in oak barrels and has a deep malty, treacle-like flavour. (250ml bottle, £8.50)
The Honey and Meadowsweet vinegar is made with pure honey & Orcadian spring water, infused with Meadowsweet. It is aged in chestnut barrels and has a light, delicate, floral/herbal flavour. (250ml bottle, £8.50)

How to order:
Complete the order form below by 7pm Wednesday (15th May) for collection/delivery on Friday (17th May). Collection from Riddle-Me-Rye HQ (Piershill Terrace, EH8 7EY) will be available between 5pm and 7pm. Deliveries in Edinburgh by arrangement between 1pm and 4pm. Deliveries are £2, with a £10 minimum order, and available only to postcodes in EH1, EH2, EH3, EH4, EH5, EH6, EH7, EH8 & EH9.
Please note that I can’t give a precise time for deliveries due to the variable nature of the route, however, if you wish to contact me after the order book closes on Wednesday evening I will be able to give a better estimate of the delivery time.
