Riddle-Me-Rye is back after a week’s break with a bumper offering of baked goodies! Here’s what’s coming out of the oven this week:
Malted Multigrain sourdough – made with malted wheat flakes, sunflower seeds, malted barley flour, sesame seeds, malted rye grains, pumpkin seeds and linseeds! Flavoursome and nutritious (medium loaf £3)
Olive & Rosemary sourdough – classic flavour combination, with a mixture of green & kalamata olives, pumpkin seeds and rosemary (medium loaf £3)
Tourte au Seigle – A traditional French sourdough loaf containing 73% dark rye flour, it has a beautifully complex flavour which continues to develop as the loaf ages. It keeps exceptionally well and has a shelf life running into weeks. (large loaf £3.50)
White sourdough – A straight-up white sourdough (medium loaf £2.50)
In the non-bread selection we will have:
Feta cheese, garlic & spring onion scones – £1 each
Lemon & blueberry scones – £1 each
Raspberry & pecan chocolate brownies – £1.50 each
Message me with pre-orders by 7pm Thursday (8th Feb) for collection/delivery on Saturday (10th Feb). Collection from Riddle-Me-Rye HQ (Piershill Terrace) will be available in two slots between 10.30am-11am AND 2.30pm-3pm. Deliveries in Edinburgh by arrangement between 11am and 2.30pm. Deliveries are subject to £6 minimum order.
Please note that I can’t give a precise time for deliveries due to the variable nature of the route so I do encourage people to collect where possible if time is a factor. Once all orders are placed I will share my delivery route & approximate timings.
