Smoked ham, smoked cheese, pears, homegrown tomatoes and olive jam Laura – Scrambled egg on Riddle-Me-Rye sourdough with a side of tabbouleh Sophie – Homemade beetroot hummus & seared haloumi, drizzled with oak smoked chipotle oil & parsley on toasted Foreign Extra rye bread Sophie – Homemade pea & mint whip, crisped Black Forest ham & slivers of Hilma cheese, scattered with parsley & drizzled oak smoked chipotle oil on toasted Sprouted Wheat sourdough Christine – Volkornbrot with coppa, speck, salami & home made fennel ragout Sophie – Caprese – crushed avocado, torn mozarella and halved baby plum toamotoes – on Pain de Campagne Silke – German Leberwurst and mustard as well as with blue cheese and cucumber on Foreign Extra Rye Silke – Bacon & fried egg with paprika and provencale herbs. Side serving of avocado with balsamic glaze and cherry vine tomatoes Judy – Riddler Plain Sourdough chargrilled on iron griddle, spread with horseradish sauce, top with poached salmon, rocket and finished with a twist of black pepper Judy – Vollkornbrot, toasted & topped with Scandinavian Gjetost cheese (tastes like fudge!) served with fruit and a cuppa = Hygge!
